The customer may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
Returns: Because if we return to China we have to bear the duties and postage, we are more inclined to resell it in the customer's country. We will immediately refund and then give the customer a new buyer's address within 3 days when we find a new buyer. The postage is borne by us and the customer needs to give me a tracking number when the goods are sent out.
Exchange: In the SAME above steps, we will immediately send a new parcel and then seek to resell it.
If the goods are damaged in transit, the customer can destroy the goods themselves after confirming the goods with us
